Nest will not hold a temperature

Nest keeps changing the temperature to 75, I have autoschedule off, home / away assist off.  I work irregular hours and run the thermostat at different times every day and it has a "cool schedule" that I don't want to follow.  I am about to toss it as this has been an ongoing issue while my other one won't connect to my internet.

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? It will allow us to identify what steps we should give you to follow.
