Nest wires connection

Hi all, I am using Danfoss TPOne with a ideal boiler, I find the wires connect to COM and NO, may I know which wires can connect to the Nest Learning Thermostat 3?

Your system is not compatible with a Nest or any conventional thermostats. Your current thermostat uses 240VAC power and conventional HVAC thermostats, like the Nest, use only 24 VAC.
