Nest wiring from Nest thermostat v1 to Nest thermostat v4 newest

Need assistance in wiring from my Nest thermostat v1 currently installed and working to the new Nest thermostat v4 newest version.

Do the wires transfer one to one from v1 to v4? 

tried to upload a picture of my current wiring on the Nest v1, but can’t figure out how to add the image to the post.

Thanks for posting in the Community! I'm happy to help you configure your new Nest Thermostat. To help me better understand please provide me with the following details:

1. If you’re unable to upload any photo please describe your wiring.
2. Would you like help transferring the wires from your old Nest Thermostat to the new one?
3. Do both thermostats have the same letter labels for each terminal? Have you tried connecting the wires to the corresponding terminals on the new thermostat?
