Nest won’t connect to WiFi

Thermostat dropped WiFi connection after we installed new internet service. How can I get it back online ?

Sorry for the delayed response but thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community. 

 

Do you still need help with this? If you do, what type of Nest thermostat do you have? Did you redo it's setup to your new Wi-Fi network? If not yet, you might first need to reset the account connection settings of it so it would forget your old network. Take a look at this link for the steps: https://bit.ly/3riP5Dp
