Nest won’t connect to wifi

gdfrederick

I have a nest thermostat third generation. I had installed it several months back and it was working perfect. We have T-Mobile Internet and at first we were having trouble with it dropping off which would disconnect the Wi-Fi from the nest. It continue to work without Wi-Fi, but I am wanting to connect it again because it was really nice when I had it. Now I am unable to get it connected and it keeps saying that it is not connected to the Wi-Fi. It is not giving me any code. If anyone has a suggestion, I would love to hear it. Thank you so much.

make sure your attery has a charge it will lose wifi under 3.6 volts and takes a while to come back even after it charges back up.

go to technical settings and power to see your current voltage
