Nest won't connect with app

My nest will not connect the app on my phone. I've reset it so many times, but still won't connect.

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Let me take a look at this for you. To check more on this, a few questions: 

 

  • Has the Nest Thermostat been paired before?
  • What type of Nest Thermostat you have?
  • When and from where was the thermostat purchased?
  • How far have you gotten in pairing your Nest Thermostat?
  • What’s the color of the LED status light?
  • How far is the Nest Thermostat from the router?
  • Can you connect to the internet with other devices?
  • Are there any other devices that experience issues with the Wi-Fi?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the device you want to pair? Those devices could interfere with the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth signal.
