Nest won’t turn off heat

• I have a nest thermostat that I installed in the summer. It worked well for cooling season and operated normally heating and cooling as intended. We are in heating season and the Heater will heat well past the set point and not turn off. This doesn’t happen all of the time but probably above 50%. I cannot even manually turn it off. I have to switch the unit to cool and then to off. And it will respond.

I'm having exactly the same problem heating goes off at 10.30 but for some reason not this evening

• What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
• How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
• What is the power reading of your Nest Thermostat?
