I’m having some issues with the Nest App (iOS) and my Thermostat Snow. The device is working fine and is saying it’s online, but the app is unable to connect to the device and is showing it as offline. If I reset the Wi-Fi on the device it appears in the app for a few minutes but then goes “offline” again. Deleted the device from the app, did the factory reset twice, once myself and than with nest technician I am still having the same issue.

It appears you are referring to the "Nest Thermostat". If so, that thermostat does not work with the Nest App. Instead, it is configured and managed within the Google Home app.

How do you have the Nest Thermostat wired?
Is there a C wire?
If not you're going to need the Nest Power Connector which is required for some installations.
The thermostat will turn the WiFi off if it doesn't get enough power from the system.
