We had our nest installed and switched phones. It didn’t save our information to the account and is asking for the 6 digit set up code. Is there a way to get that without uninstalling?

I’m pretty sure this is in the settings menu.  It also has a QR code you can scan to connect

Bcorn, I'm chiming in to ensure you're all good here. Just to confirm, are you signed into the Nest app of the new phone using the same email address and password you used to set up your Nest thermostat? If you don't remember the email address and the password, it is best to reset the account connection settings of your thermostat then set it up again. Here's a guide: https://bit.ly/3riP5Dp
