I purchased a new Nest Thermostat with Sensor and the Sensor says offline. I haven’t even put it in the room that I want it in because I can’t get it to work. Help!
Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Is your thermostat working just fine? What are the exact messages or codes you're receiving when you're trying to connect your Nest Temperature Sensor? Try removing the battery from the sensor for at least 30 seconds, then put it back. After that, do the setup again.
