New home with Nest Thermostat.

Hello. 

I’ve just moved in a house with Nest Thermostat and accidentally reset it to factory settings.

Now everytime I need to turn the heating on, I need to boost hot water at the same time or heating won’t work. Is this normal? Do you need to boost hot water all the time when you  need heating?

Before Thermostat was factory reset, I didn’t have to boost hot water to make heating work. Just turning the dial in thermostat started heating process.

• What is your country of residence?
• What type of Nest thermostat do you have? 
• Is there a wiring report or error message on your thermostat and/or app?
• What kind of HVAC system do you have?
