New nest blowing hot air

Just purchased a new Nest thermostat and after installing device and setting up in Google Home app the thermostat is blowing out hot air only.

If you can upload a pic of the nest sub mounting plate to see where you connected the low voltage wiring. Do you have a heat pump or gas system?
