I've installed a nest thermostat, non-learning model, and the interior unit now clicks from time to time. I've installed a nest, learning model, 2 years ago and had no clicking on my other unit. So I know how to install a thermostat. I've added a pic of the old thermostat wiring. Any ideas? And calling a nest pro is not an answer. Thanks ahead of time.

Do you have the newish Google Nest Thermostat (mirrored)?
If you do then I would try this wiring
White - AUX to W (set as Aux heat)
Yellow - Y to Y
Green - G to G
Red - O to */OB
Red - R to R
Blue - C to C
When asked which wires you have in the Google Home app select these.
W/W1, Y/Y1, G/G1, O, R, and C

Thanks for the follow-up! Well it works but I still get the 2-3 clicks before it turns on. Its very strange but at least with your changes I get it to actually work.
