After several factory resets and trips down to the furnace this is the newest and latest error message to appear on the thermostat. How does this get fixed??? Nothing has changed from mere hours ago when the furnace was operating without issues. IMG_2787.PNG

Having sat on the basement floor, disconnected every wire and the power connector, reconnected every wire and the power connector, did another factory reset and low and behold everything has returned to normal. Like the problem never happened. Until it does again and I have to go through all of these steps once more.

I'm having the same issue.  Did you keep the circuit breaker on/off when you disconnected and reconnected?

The electrical panel for my apt is in a separate basement from where the furnace is located so I shut down power for the furnace using the external light switch mounted to the side of it.
However, when the error takes place I have to completely de-wire the Google provided power connector and practically reinstall it all over again. Somehow this tricks the furnace and everything returns to normal for a while.
