Newly installed Nest making constant / fast / faint clicking

Hi. My new nest 1.4 unit is making a faint but constant clicking sound that I can best describe as the sound of an old hard drive, can someone help me turn it off!?!?!

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. The heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system makes strange noises: chattering, stuttering, clicking, or thumping — this can be caused by your system turning on and off rapidly. I just want to confirm, do you have a C wire installed? 

Also, try to restart your Nest Thermostat by going to the Settings to refresh its software.
