Next App will not display features

I have the Nest Thermostat Generation 3. It works fine but the app doesnt show anything but the HOME or AWAY screen. I cant program it or set a schedule. I cant control the thermostat. It is just a HOME or AWAY screen.

I can control it via Alexis but I cant make a schedule.

To better assist you, I'd like to ask a few questions:

• Do you have another home structure in your Nest app?
• Have you already migrated your Nest app account to the Google Home app?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before?

I also suggest checking if you're using the correct account where you have the Nest thermostat and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
