Next app for iOS doesn’t display individual thermostats

I’ve owned two Nest thermostats for about three years. When I installed them and the iOS app, I was able to control each one individually, e.g., raise or lower the temperature.

Now when I go into the Nest app on iOS, the only choice I have is Away or Home. How do I go about regaining the functionality in the Nest app that I used to have when I first installed the thermostats?

Thanks, in advance for the help.

Hey bocaboy,

Sorry for the delay but thanks for reaching out.

Do you still need help with this? If yes, were there recent changes or updates on your phone, Nest app or Nest thermostats before this started happening? Are you logged into your Nest app using the same email address you used to set up your thermostats? Also, are you able to see these thermostats if you login to the Nest app on another mobile device or on a computer's browser?

Best,

I was able to fix this by resetting each thermostat and then reinstalling them into the app. I have no idea how they got removed from the app, but I assume this has to do with Nest being sold to Google.

Thanks for checking in. Problem solved.
