No Heat

I live in Arizona. A couple nights ago we had freezing temperatures and we no longer have heat. I reset my settings and the nest thermostat so that I can run it manually. But again after I try to heat my home  the Unit is still delivering cold air. Does anybody have a suggestion that I could try to fix this problem?

I have turned the Eco setting off.

I have changed the fan setting.
I have stopped the scheduling feature.
I have reset the nest so that it would erase the previous scheduling. I’m now trying to use it as a manual thermostat to see if I can get the heat to work. Not working does anybody have a suggestion that may help?

Does the thermostat indicate it is heating, but the HVAC is not actually heating? It might not be the thermostat. Instead it could be the HVAC unit.

I have the same issue.

I bought a small heater and a heat lamp to save plants. I just changed out the air filter, then followed these directions (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iKcSKpR9KAM) to make nest a manual thermostat. The fan continues to run, bringing in cool air constantly. No heat, house ~ 56 degrees. I bought the house 4 years ago with the nest in place, have not had this issue before.
