No Hot Water

I’ve recently had a new boiler installed into our loft and we’ve been switched onto a nest system, prior to that we had a Honeywell thermostat.

we have a hot water tank in the airing cupboard which is where the nest dial is located.

we seem to have two issues. The main one being we can’t get hot water. We have two hot water heating cycles for the morning and evening as well as me trying countless boosts but the best case is lukewarm water. These are the heating cycles we had set up before and have never had an issue.

The other issue is if the boiler system is switched on it turns all our radiators on even if the heating system is set to off. I’ve had to turn all the thermostats off on the radiators so to not hear the house up when it’s not wanted. However we seem to have a couple of radiators without thermostats so they stay on. I imagine I am wasting a lot of money but still not getting hot water whilst heating my home up during summer

we have a 5 month year old baby so it’s not ideal. Would love some prompt assistance to see if I can get this resolved 🙂

Hi there, thanks for reaching out! I'm really sorry to hear about this unpleasant situation. Could you tell me what is the color of the LEDs lights on the Heat Link? Also, please check if you turn on the heating from the thermostat, is the boiler firing up and the radiators getting hotter?

Hi, I wanted to check in. Do you still need assistance with your thermostat? If so, make sure to let me know.
