No cooling option

Installed the thermostat but no cooling option?  Have blue to c, white to w, yellow to g and red to r

I don't see a Y terminal, which you need to have cooling.

Your current thermostat looks to control a heat-only system.

@Patrick_Caezza  I am replying for my mom. We replaced an old climatol thermostat. It was both heating and cooling. The blue wire looks to be Y/C?

In that case, you will want to connect the blue wire to the Y1/Y terminal on the thermostat.

I would also strongly recommend that you install a C wire. If there is an unused wire in the thermostat cable, you can use it or the Google Nest Power Connector.
