No energy usage data on nest thermostat

As above, I have no energy usage data on my nest thermostat going back weeks. I need to know how long my boiler is operating each day which is why I bought the nest in the first place!

Thanks Mel, I am aware of this. Mine has been fine since it was installed a year ago but for the last 10 days I’ve been getting no usage history at all, just ‘no usage’ messages.
