I have newly moved into a house with nest already set up. The previous owners have used the thermostat and app to heat water but it is not giving me the water option on the app or thermostat. I reset the thermostat when I first moved in and it hasn’t worked since.
Please can someone advise me how I get the hot water option on my app/thermostat?

You can try this on the display - Settings - equipment - pro setup - system boiler. When you get there, make sure the setting on/off is showing.
