Hi, I know this is a common problem, but I still haven’t found a solution that works. I have a Nest Gen 3 thermostat. It worked fine for a while, but then suddenly stopped connecting to the network. It still works as a standalone thermostat, but if that’s what I wanted I wouldn’t have “upgraded” to the Nest. Has anyone found the source of this W5 error, and a solution that actually works ?
