Not Getting Heat in all rooms

I have 2 thermostats one upstairs & one downstairs. The upstairs thermostat is in the master bedroom & heats the master & the hallway just fine. However the 3 bedrooms in the hallway are getting very little heat they are freezing..any suggestions?
