Not able to connect nest thermostat

I have installled 7 thermostat all is working fine manually even all thermostat is connected to wifi but when i am trying to connect the nest thermostat on nest app i am getting this message (The thermostat could not connect to nest app)

• What type of thermostat do you have? 
• Besides the error message, is it displaying any error code?
• Is your phone connected to the same WiFi network as the thermostat? 
• What is the make and model of your mobile device?
• What is the mobile device’s operating system?
