Not cooling on 4 wire conventional furnace

Hi,

I have a 4 year old HVAC system with only 4 wires. Install was easy. Temp read 78 when I set it to 71 and 3 hours later it read 79 and hot/ warm air coming out of the vents.

No, it's still not working properly. 

Google has replaced the back plate but I still have issues with the heat and cold not being the same as the old thermostat and when I switch from heat to cool the furnace continues to run.

I have also installed the power connector as I don't have a "c" wire. I have tried with and without the connector and get the same sad results.

Sorry to hear you are still running into the issue. Let's jump in and see what could be the issue, and see if we can get you up and running. Do you mind me asking if you are able to send in a picture of your current wire set up for me to review? Are you running into any error codes?

I did also find an article with some troubleshooting steps. Please let me know if that helps, and once the picture has been sent, so I can take a closer look.
