Not detecting Y wire

I just installed a brand new 18/5 wire from furnace to my google nest thermostat and after doing a factory reset the thermostat is still saying that it’s not detecting the Y wire.

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community Forum. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

Could you please share with us your Nest Thermostat's wiring setup and your old thermostat's wiring photo? Gather its power readings in the Power Info section under the Equipment settings for the Nest Thermostat 2020 model and in the Technical Info section for the Nest Learning Thermostat or the Nest Thermostat E.
