I am trying to add my thermostat to my Nst account but I can’t do it. I scan the QR code but then I don’t see any passcode on my thermostat screen. I’m not sure if installation is already completed. I think so as my husband has an account. I don’t know where I am going wrong. Very frustrated as have been trying for hours.
