Not sure how to connect the wires

Hi. Please find attached photo of my thermostat. I'm not sure if it's compatible because I see two wires going to Y. Can you please help me with this and how to proceed

Your system has some interesting wiring. The smaller wires are the primary wires. And they are 

Red, to R

Green to G

 Blue to Y

Dark Blue to O

There is a red jumper wire connecting W/E to W2.

And there is a larger gauge red wire from Y and one from W/E. are they connected to each other?
