Observer thermostat to Nest

I am wanting to change out my Observer thermostat for a Nest thermostat but the old system has labels that don’t match anything on the Nest.  Specifically DX+ and DX-.  Is this system compatible with the Nest thermostat and if so how should I wire it?

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

Based on the wire labels DX+ and DX-, it looks like you have a proprietary type of HVAC system. Proprietary systems aren’t compatible with Google Nest thermostats. However, some proprietary systems can be rewired by a pro installer to be compatible.
