Nest and Google Home show thermostat as offline. The thermostat has is connected to the wifi and sending and receiving packets to Google IPs. It now has intermittent connection with the Heat Link. It has been in the same place on the wall in the house for almost a year and not had any intermittent issues yet. In troubleshooting, I've tried:
I tried to contact support. I get through a form which ends with me needing to continue via facebook or X. I have none of those platforms and am very surprised that those are the only methods available. At first I thought it was because it was out of hours, but there is no message for usual business hours. I tried to file a warranty claim, but the form continually ends with "Refresh this page and try again. Sorry, there was a problem with the form." I've tried various times, 2 different devices, and I still get the same message. I found a number and got through to Nest support, but when pushing the options to get to technical support, I'm told they can't speak right now.
At the moment, it feels very intentional that Google have made it difficult, or impossible, to get through to support or warranty claims. Is this by design or am I doing something wrong here?

@SoulGrey What country are you located in? I just tried the contact us form (I'm from the UK) and was presented with options to get a call or chat with the team. There is an issue with the warranty from currently which Google is aware of.

I'm in the UK also. I've tried the warranty form again and still can't get through.
Sunday
Same thing is happening to me. I can't submit the form. (I would upload the image but apparently I don't have permissions.) I also only see options of facebook and X for which to contact Google. Which is ... not good at all. Not what I would call "support".
