Old thermostat wiring help

Hi,

Does anyone know which of these three wires I need to put into T1 and T2 on the nest thermostat (yellow, red or blue)

Thank you for the reply, I live in the united kingdom. When I get home from work today I will take some pictures and post them on here. The boiler is an oil combi boiler.
