Only allowing one device purchase

I have been informed that my 2 Nest 2nd generation thermostats will no longer work with the app. Very frustrating since they are both fully functional and I hate that they’ll end up in the landfill, but I frequently use the away feature when I travel. I clicked on the link to replace them, but it will only allow me to add one thermostat to my cart. Since BOTH of my thermostats are 2nd generation, I should be able to replace them both, correct?

Thank you for posting in the community. I’m sorry to hear that you can only claim the promotion for one of your two Nest Learning Thermostats (2nd gen) affected by the end of support. I understand how frustrating this situation must be. Don't worry, help is here.

To gather the necessary information, please answer the following questions:

  • Could you please tell me where you are located?
  • Are the devices active on your Nest account?
