Outside temperature incorrect

My nest displays the outside temp about 10° less than actual temperature. Is there a place where I can enter my homes’ zip code? Does it matter?

Are you seeing the incorrect temperature on your Nest app or on your thermostat's display? What type of Nest thermostat is this? Also, could you verify the zip or postal code under Home Info in your Nest app, or in Settings > Location on your thermostat? Make sure that the zip or postal code should match where the home is located.
