It’s reasonable to assume that Google/Nests -8° outside temperature bug is permanent since all of your customer reviews in googlenestcommunity have not been resolved. Similar in that you haven’t responded at all and/or in a timely fashion.

Hi Jake, No. My outside temp is inaccurate by 10°. This seems to be a widespread issue not ever resolved by Nest. Yes, I’m case you ask, I did indeed correctly input my zip code.

My city is correctly displayed, as well as my Zip Code. It’s the actual TEMPERATURE that is constantly OFF NEGATIVE-10°. If the -10° Discrepancy DOES NOT matter, …why not simply fix this bug and inaccuracy?
