Pathetic Experience - Nest Thermostat Support

I have had a very pathetic experience dealing with the nest thermostat support, we have been using more than 20 nest thermostats in our home.

I called nest thermostat support for the first time but they say that they cannot support customers residing in Saudi Arabia and only supports customers from North America Only.

Thou google is a leader in innovation and has always been concerned about its users but the nest thermostat support is literally the worst. 

Kindly request google to improve the nest thermostat support.
