Phone is not showing room temperature & water

Lost the ability to see room temperature and water on phone. Oh thermostat went through all instruction and when it is supposed to show code it tells me: “ thermostat is connected to an account “

this is no help. 

is the code 4 letters & 2 numbers on the back of the thermostat?

if so how do I use them

• What Nest thermostat model do you have? For your reference, you can check out this article on how to tell which Nest thermostat you have.
• Are you trying to add the Nest thermostat on the Nest app or the Google Home app?
• When did the issue first occur?
• When was the thermostat installed?
• What is the make and model of your HVAC equipment?
• Do you see a blinking LED light? If so, is it red or green?
