Thermostat gen4

My app will not let me change times etc, bot the stat says it’s connected to Wi-Fi. Google advice is rubbish. Put my phone number in too many time’s etc

Thanks for reaching out to the community. I am sorry that your app is not letting you change the time on your Nest thermostat, but no need to worry; help is here. I need to know a few things about your thermostat in order to provide you with a better resolution.

  • Does the thermostat display show any error codes or messages?
  • When did the issue first occur?
  • Are you using the Nest app or the Google Home app?
  • Do you see a blinking LED light? If so, is it red or green? 
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting us?
