I was told to post a pic - my thermo system uses G, W, Y, C, R. My thermostat also uses the Rh and Rc connection. Help please.

You actually have two cables that are terminating on that furnace control board. One of them goes from that control board to the outdoor compressor condenser unit. And the second one comes from your thermostat. Your thermostat wires are RED on R, YELLOW is on Y, WHITE on W, and GREEN on G. You have no COMMON wire going to your thermostat.

A picture of your current thermostat wiring would be better.
Give this wiring a try.
Green - G to G
White - W to W1 or W
Yellow - Y to Y1 or Y
Red - R to Rc or R (jumpers are not needed)
The "or" is for the Google Nest Thermostat wiring
I would strongly suggest adding a C wire which can easily be done if there is a spare wire in the thermostat cable. Just connect it to the C terminal on each end.
You can use the Google Nest Power Connector to create a C wire if there isn't a spare wire.
