Power Confirmed - Error e73 message remains

My new Nest is stuck on error message e73 (no power to Rc wire detected). Professional checked Rc wire and power is detected. I'm stuck. Where do I go for a replacement? Is that my only option? Day 3 with no AC or Heat.

Is this a newly installed Nest or one that was working correctly before?

If newly installed, post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring.
