Sorry that you're having issues with your Nest Thermostat setup. I'll be happy to help you out, but I do have a few questions to get us started.

• Is this a new installation, or did this problem start on a setup you already had in place?
• Are these the only wires you have installed, or are there more wires as well?
• What type of HVAC system do you have?
