the fan is not working after installing nest thermostat

Hello, I just installed my new thermostat today, heat is working but the fan is no longer working. It was working fine with my old thermostat before installing nest. The green wire is properly connected to 'G'. Is there anything I am missing?

I do not see nest icon on my thermostat 

No heat

Just hooked up the new nest. I noticed if I set a temp the furnace will not come on. However I can control the fan from auto to on. Any ideas?

The air handler has a C terminal. Can I wire so that I can use the C terminal on the Nest?4 wire cable

Don’t have orange wire on w terminal. It’s pink. Is that ok?
