I have a brand new Nest 3rd Generation Learning Thermostat that I installed today, but doesn’t work after connecting everything and then applying power.
The Heat Link has ~230V over the L/N terminals, but does not light up. Consequently, there os not voltage over T1/T2 and the Thermostat does not power on.
I have tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
- Press the button on the Heat Link and check if you have any lights on it
- Check if the circuit breakers and the switches are set to on
- Turn them off and then back on
- Press on the button again and check for LEDs
