All of a sudden my nest thermostat does not change to my scheduled times and when i hit preset or hold on the app it reverts back within a few seconds. I do not have home/away on and I reset the entire thermostat and deleted the app and restarted all over again. I have not had a problem until the past month or so and have had this set up with no problems for 2 years before this issue. This is very frustrating. My phone is up to date and so is the app. Any help please .

I have the nest thermostat only. 1.4 model.
it is not the learning or e.
i can only manually change the temperature on the actual thermostat. It does not follow commands on the google home app even though i have the schedule for comfort and sleep set up. When i try to click the circles to change to a preset it changes on the screen for 1 second and then reverts back to the temperature that is manually entered. The schedule never changes at the times and temperatures i have scheduled. This worked properly until a few weeks ago. This is very frustrating. I would like a new thermostat if this is defective. I purchased this thermostat to be able to change from my phone but now it seems this is useless and only stays on one temperature unless I manually change it

Could you tell us the make and model of your phone and its OS version? We'd like to make sure your phone and the Google Home app are up-to-date. Also, what country are you located in?

I have the same phone as i did when it was working correctly. My ios is updated at 16.6.1 apple iphone 13. My google home app is auto updated. I even started all over and deleted the app and reinstalled and that did not help. I am very frustrated and will call google support and demand a new thermostat.

I filled out the form but i already have all the information here that you asked for. This is a waste of my time. The form asked for my name and problem. I already went in detail about the problem here. I am not going to keep continuing to repeat what i am explaining. The thermostat is rejected.
