Nest asking foe "Current Pin"

I am trying to log in to my Neat remotely via the Nest App.

I am using a smartphone that has never logged in to the Nest before.

Nest is asking me for the "Current Pin". I do not think a locking pin was ever created on this Nest... so I am at an impasse here.

Anyone have any ideas on this topic?

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum. I want to check a couple of things.

1. Are you from North America or Europe?
2. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
3. Send us a screenshot of the message you´re getting on the Nest app.
