Hi after a power outage I lost access to my nest learning thermostat on my iPhone but can still access it remotely in my iPad. The account for the thermostat is showing on my phone but no recognition that there is a thermostat attached to the account.
I have tried to add this as a product snd have scanned the QR code on the thermostat. The set up instructions ask for a set up key accessed from the nest app screen on the thermostat. However the only information provided on this screen is that the thermostat is already connected to an account. There is no set up key available. Can anyone advise how I can now access this set up key to add the thermostat to my account on my iPhone?
