Promotional discount for gen 2 to gen 4 upgrade

Never got email for $140 promotional discount to upgrade gen 2 Nest to gen 4.  How can I apply to get discount?

Could you please confirm the model of your Nest Thermostat devices and if they are still associated or set up to your accounts?

In case you were unable to locate the promo code, could you please check your spam or junk folders? The emails are occasionally filtered there.

I have 14 nest thermostats that need to be  upgraded but i can only buy  3 at the promotional discount on the site link from the email I received.  How do I get the discount on the other 11?

I have 2 2nd gen nest thermostats. I received the promotional discount for a 4th gen but it only allows me to buy one 4th gen at a discount. The second one is marked at full price. Can you send me a discount code so I can purchase a second device?

I have 6 gen 2’s and was told I could get the discount on 6 units to replace them but the link only allowed me three. How do I get the other 3

hi, I got the email and want to purchase the new device. However, as soon as I successfully logged on to my account I receive this error: 

 

403. This is an error. You have no access to that page. Can you tell me why?

Never received upgrade allowance, after being promised

Look for a Google Nest email, about 2 weeks old now, there is a link, it should come up with the discount when you select the replacement.  Make sure you complete the process.  If you have to go back to the link, you may not see the discount, mine went away- I am working with Google support on it, big pain as I need 3.

I have three Gen 2 Nest Learning Thermostats; they have been deactivated.  I never got an email for $140 promotional discount to upgrade gen 2 Nest to gen 4.  How can I apply to get discount?  

Never mind...  I just realized that My NEST devices are tied to a different email account.  I found the email and ordered the thermostats.

If you're experiencing the same issue with applying for a discount because you can't find or didn't receive the promotional email, feel free to fill out the form in the highlighted comment.

Before filling out the form, keep in mind two prerequisites: your Nest Learning Thermostats (1st and 2nd gen) must be associated with your Nest account, and you must have already looked for the email in your spam or junk folders.

I received the email to upgrade my Nest Thermostats but the link to redeem the offer does not work. My serial numbers on my 2 second generation Nest thermostats are:

I got the email that claims I qualify for a discount, but when I follow the link to redeem it it doesn't work - the discount is NOT automatically applied at checkout. 
I have only 1 Gen 2 Nest that Google decided suddenly not to support, and I haven't used this offer before. 

What's  the issue?! Very annoying

This has to be one of the biggest scams I have ever seen. I bought my NEST Gen 2, 10 years ago. The support has dropped, I get that. However, I did not get a promo code to help with buying a new Gen 4. When I asked ( 5 hours of emails, chats and phone calls), I was told I do not qualify. Seriously, they had the audacity to tell me that I did not pair my device in the time frame that they are saying. (To be eligible for the promotional code, the device needed to be paired at least 28 days before April 24th). Seriously, I paired the NEST 10 years ago. I have hundreds of emails where they sent me monthly reports. This is a blatant attempt to have people buy new Nest/Google products. If I do not qualify - then who?
