Never got email for $140 promotional discount to upgrade gen 2 Nest to gen 4.  How can I apply to get discount?

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand you didn't receive an email with the promotional discount for a Nest Learning Thermostat (4th gen) due to the Upcoming end of support for Nest Learning Thermostats (1st and 2nd gen). I'm happy to assist you.

Could you please confirm the model of your Nest Thermostat devices and if they are still associated or set up to your accounts?

In case you were unable to locate the promo code, could you please check your spam or junk folders? The emails are occasionally filtered there.

This has to be one of the biggest scams I have ever seen. I bought my NEST Gen 2, 10 years ago. The support has dropped, I get that. However, I did not get a promo code to help with buying a new Gen 4. When I asked ( 5 hours of emails, chats and phone calls), I was told I do not qualify. Seriously, they had the audacity to tell me that I did not pair my device in the time frame that they are saying. (To be eligible for the promotional code, the device needed to be paired at least 28 days before April 24th). Seriously, I paired the NEST 10 years ago. I have hundreds of emails where they sent me monthly reports. This is a blatant attempt to have people buy new Nest/Google products. If I do not qualify - then who?

I called my local gas company SoCalGas and they have a company that they're using and you can get a discount through your own gas company I ended up getting mine for less than 200 bucks through SoCal Gas
