Question on wiring for Nest 3rd generation thermostat

I have two U1 wires on my existing thermostat and my unit has a humidifier. In that case, is it enough to one of the U1 wires to the * terminal on nest?

Sorry for the late reply. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. Taking a closer look at your system, I would recommend having an HVAC pro come out and take a closer look. They would be able to install the device if compatible, and ensure everything is working properly.
