REMOVE RUSH HOUR - HARMFUL TO PETS

Why is there not a way to remove Rush Hours on the app or online??
This is incredibly dangerous to my dogs in the house when the house goes up to 85 degrees and I am not home.

Can I remove it and reset it?  I have not been able to get thru on the phone and do not want waste more time.

Hi @dexter11 ,

You'll need to call. There isn't a way to dis enroll via the app. You'll need to change the temperature manually and override the setting. You should be able to do that from the Google Home app even though you aren't at home. (edited to add that)

From the Nest Help Center: If you’re currently enrolled in Rush Hour Rewards and you want to unenroll, you may call us at 1-855-469-6378 for assistance. Once you unenroll, your thermostat will no longer participate in Rush Hour events
